    O produto é exatamente como descrito e mostrado nas imagens da loja. A cor é linda, no tom que eu pedi e não foge do esperado. O material parece ser bom, facilita o manuseio do mouse, não deslizando de mais ou de menos. A aderência dele na parte de baixo é boa e ajuda que o mousepad não saia do lugar. O produto veio em uma embalagem simples, mas nada que altere o produto ou o prejudique. A única coisa que eu reclamo é com relação ao cheiro. Ele tem um cheiro meio forte de borracha. Espero que saia ao longo do uso.

    Доставка в Украину меньше чем за 3 недели. Товар соответствует описанию, диаметр 22см, не скользит за счет того, что внизу прорезинен, сверху тоненькая ткань. Как только открыла посылку был небольшой запах.. резины что ли, но он быстро выветрился. С ним очень удобно работать (я часто работаю на ноутбуке на кухонном столе, а у него поверхность очень скользкая, поэтому без коврика невозможно работать). - Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 Business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Easy GEEK Life (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
